Educational institutions, education authorities, charitable foundations (independent or attached to institutions), educational services, clubs, online services, and any other organizations that have official accounts in the Treasury or banks of Ukraine can connect to EduPay.

Connecting and ongoing service for any institutions, services, or organizations is free of charge.

No technical actions, website, or financial costs are required to connect to EduPay. Our organizations sign a free agreement, and further information and technical support for online payments is provided by LLC "Ukrainian Educational Payment Platform". If you have your own website, after connection you can place an individual link to pay online via EduPay.

The responsible person of the institution sees information about a successful payment in their account within seconds. Funds are credited to the institution’s account according to the standard transfer practice of the payer’s bank, typically within 1–3 days.

EduPay is not a financial agent; funds move only between card-issuing banks, the acquiring bank (servicing Visa/Mastercard in Ukraine), and the recipient’s bank or Treasury. Card details are entered on the bank side; EduPay does not store payment data. No one except the card-issuing bank has access to the payer’s account. Transfers occur only after the payer’s personal confirmation in a secure area (e.g., login, SMS code). Data is transmitted via SSL, so paying through EduPay is highly secure.
